1. Introduction

Welcome to Shots (get-shots.store). We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. This privacy policy will inform you about how we look after your personal data when you visit our website (get-shots.store) and tell you about your privacy rights and how the law protects you.

2. The Data We Collect About You

Personal data, or personal information, means any information about an individual from which that person can be identified. It does not include data where the identity has been removed (anonymous data).

We may collect, use, store and transfer different kinds of personal data about you which we have grouped together as follows:

• Identity Data includes first name, last name, username or similar identifier.
• Contact Data includes email address and telephone numbers.
• Technical Data includes internet protocol (IP) address, your login data, browser type and version.
• Usage Data includes information about how you use our website and services.

3. How We Use Your Personal Data

We will only use your personal data when the law allows us to. Most commonly, we will use your personal data in the following circumstances:

• Where we need to perform the contract we are about to enter into or have entered into with you.
• Where it is necessary for our legitimate interests and your interests and fundamental rights do not override those interests.
• Where we need to comply with a legal obligation.

4. Face Data Usage

Our application allows users to upload images for the purpose of generating AI-based content. These images may contain facial features. We process these images temporarily to generate the requested content. The images are not stored permanently and are deleted automatically after processing. We do not share these images or any extracted facial data with third parties. All processing is conducted securely using Firebase services.

Camera and Photo Access

We request access to your device’s camera and photo library to allow you to upload or capture images for AI-based generation. Generated images can optionally be saved back to your device’s photo library. We do not access or store your photo data beyond the generation process.

Tracking

With your permission, we use Apple’s App Tracking Transparency to collect limited information for analytics and advertising performance optimization. You can opt out of tracking at any time through your device settings.

Account Deletion

If you would like to delete your Shots AI account and all associated data, please email us at support@get-shots.store with the subject line "Account Deletion Request".

Upon receiving your request:

• Your account, stored user data, and generated images will be permanently deleted from our systems within 7 business days.
• Some data such as purchase records may be retained for financial or legal compliance for up to 90 days, after which it is also purged.
• You may also delete your account directly via the app by navigating to: Settings > Account > Delete Account (if supported).

We are committed to processing deletion requests promptly and transparently.
